Coffee Hypermarket always aims to provide the best delivery service with competitive fees for your purchased order with us. We offer nationwide delivery policy as follows:
1 Delivery Process
Coffee Hypermarket is in cooperation with reliable delivery units for nationwide delivery to customers: TNF; Dang Le Tourism Co., Ltd., Coffee Hypermarket distributors and forwarders.
Each order will be delivered two times. If your order was not successfully delivered at the first time, our staff will then contact you in regards to re-schedule for the next delivery.
If we failed to reach you via all contact channels, we do regret to advise you that your order will not be processed further and will be automatically canceled by the system.
For order tracking purposes, please use the order number sent along with your confirmation email to check with the Customer Service Department or via the following link
At the time of delivery, you can check the product conditions, number of ordered items. For pre-paid orders, please present your proof of identification (driver’s license or ID card ...).
2 Shipping fees
Coffee Hypermarket always aims to provide the best delivery service with competitive fees for all orders that you place with us.
We now offer free standard shipping on any Food & Beverage orders over 200,000 VND and we also provide nationwide area-based delivery policy. You can choose one of two options: Standard delivery or Express delivery.

3 Delivery Times
Coffee Hypermarket will guarantee most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the date the order was placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays).
For pre-paid orders, delivery schedule will be processed right after full payment is confirmed.
Please note that we reserve the right to adjust the delivery time for some unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather conditions, traffic matters, vehicle breakdowns, issues arise from the process of goods, we will proactively contact customers in regards above cases.
